new to the group I’m close to my surgery date and I’m having lots of emotions.

Thanks. How has your experience been so far it’s been 12 days since your surgery? I hope it’s going well! I’m trying to find clear protein for my clear liquid diet post op what do you recommend?

It's normal to be nervous. I can tell you it was the best thing I could have ever done. I love my sleeved life!
