Yes - I am a "MOM" in the all-capital sense of the word.

Should my encouragement & thoughts go over into an uncomfortable boundary crossing, my advance apologies! I am also a mental health professional (retired). So my intent is always information, help and enabling self-determination.

We have 6 adult children, 3 boys, 3 girls. (Two are "steps" but still mine). They are 52, 47, 45, 40, 36 & 33. So I believe even my children are older than most of you!

They have all been supportive of my VGS, although none of them have body issues, health issues, or reasons to follow my footsteps.

I am also a research "junky" so let me know if I can help!

We love you Annie! You are a very valuable member of this forum. And I love your mothering. I also love to research and read. Not just to help others but I also like to know for my own purposes. I like understanding the whys and not just the answer.

I would LOVE for you to be my Sleeve Mom.....or at least a go to buddy. This is the only site I have been to, were all the interaction is encouragement and truly helpful suggestions. You all are the BEST!
