Much to my surprise, I hit goal this morning!* I am 2 weeks short of 6 months post-sleeve.

So 130 lbs, 22.5 BMI.**

My health is so much better; so grateful for each of you and all your support!

Well not quite 6 months, so yes, fast. I think its a combination of VGS, healthy eating and reducing medication. And maintenance sounds terrifying -- but I shall be in the best of hands!

I did; its not quite 6 months since surgery. Now I have my whole life to do this...

Second I'm right there with you of trying to figure out the whole maintenance thing. I thought I was there but I've lost a few more pounds here and there so be ready for that too. Our bodies will let us know when they are done I guess. I have faith we will be successful in the rest of our journey!

We can do the this! I'm feeling better with the gummy vitamins, and I haven't gone more than 900 calories, because it hasn't been 6 months since sleeve. The long timers here do say it finds a place and settles... I have bones I don't think I knew was there!
