9 Months post-op. :)

Hi fam,

Here it is, the very first full comparison photo. (Hardly glamorous) but, the photo on the left hand-side was taken just post op. June'17, I was 508 lbs - I had lost 27 lbs before surgery. My highest weight being 536.7 lbs. And The photos to the right were taken Today, As of yesterday, I've lost 196.7 lbs in 9 months. My current weight is, 340 lbs. Its a daily walk, but i'm keeping at it. Next thing i want to do is take my butt to work. But, I have to get through physical therapy first. which is going great.. Hope things are going well with everyone?!

You have lost so much in a relatively short time, no dizzyness or low blood pressure thingies?

Mostly i feel good, but i do get dizzy quite often, esp when i bend over to do something. I've had one incident where my blood pressure and blood sugar crashed. My brother shoved a chocolate cake pastry thing in my face told me to eat it. My sugar dropped to 58. i can't remember what my blood pressure was, it was very low, my heart rate was very low. scared the crap out of me. I kept feeling like someone was just squeezing the crap out of me all over. haven't happened since. but i do still get dizzy.

Kristy, this is when we need a WOW button! You look wonderful, and goodness you're hair has grown like crazy! What an inspirational post!

I've had some blood sugar issues as well (too low), but have learned to carry a hard butterscotch candy with me.
