Hi all! I am new to the forum and excited to start this new adventure in my life. A little about me...I am in my 30's & have struggled with my weight my entire adult hood. I hadn't realized how bad it had gotten until I went to the doctor and was weighed. I was so ashamed. I left the dr's office and started dieting that same day. I have lost 29 lbs slowly over 2 years & am ready for the help of the sleeve to go the rest of the way. I am nervous about this but I have spent the last week reading a lot of your stories & comments and they have helped put my mind at ease. I am so excited to share this journey with all of you!!

Welcome. I am glad to hear you are on the right track. I had my sleeve done on January 3rd 2018, and have never felt better. Like you, I have struggled with my weight. My highest was in August of 2017 at 258.6. I am pleased to see the weight drop at a reasonable pace. I am currently at 195.4.

This website is the best place for support. Good luck. Your life is about to see some wonderful changes.
