I don't know if this will help but due to swallowing problems, I have had to buy liquid vitamins except D. I decided to mix them in my 64oz of water each day. It spreads the consumption out throughout the day and therefore I think I absorb more of all of them rather than taking a bunch of pills and then peeing out what you can't absorb. The B-12 I take is made by Sundown Naturalist. It has no flavor. I just had my vitamin levels tested and they were all great.
