Default Weight hasn’t budged in weeks?

So I was sleeved in May and I’ve steadily been losing weight since. I’ve lost over a hundred pounds but over the last few weeks I haven’t lost any weight at all. I weigh 250 and have been eating 1200-1500 calories a day. How is this possible? And what am I doing wrong? I log everything I eat and I drink enough water. I’m worried this is as low as I’ll ever go.

GrumpyDespot, I recommend reaching back out to your nutritionist for assistance. They should be able to look at your food intake (diary) and your exercise routine and help you make tweaks that will promote healthy weight loss. The good news is you aren't gaining weight. Weighing the same may be your body adjusting to a lower weight and I'm certain you'll soon start to lose again.

Never give in to the talk about how much you're expected to lose or that you won't lose after the first year. It all depends on how hard you're willing to work to get to your desired goal weight. It took me 16 months to get to my goal weight but I learned a lot along the way.

Maybe your body is just having a break before its next bout of weight loss. Keep going!

The closer you get to goal the slower it seems to come off. And stalls can still happen. Just trust in the system. Also, for me when I stalled that far out it was because I needed to up my calories.

Just keep up what you're doing! It's a stall and they are frustrating, but the scale will drop! Good luck!

I was sleeved in December and I just had a one month stall. It was very frustrating. Even though I continued to feel my clothes getting looser it was disappointing not to see that number go down. I just made sure I was making healthy food choices and drinking my water and I kicked it up a notch at the gym. I've been lifting weights a lot so I know muscle is heavier than fat. I just broke through the stall last week and have dropped 8 lbs. I also signed up with a trainer yesterday who is amazing. He is confident he can get me down below 200 by my birthday in June which will be another 60 pounds. Best of luck!!
