Sleeving in April

Hello all! So I've reached that point where I know I need help. With my health deteriorating before my eyes! I've decided to cheat (so they say).. I will be sleeved in Mexico next month and am looking for a partner! Anyone going alone in April?? I speak,read,and write fluently! Willing to consider any doctor or location!

Hi Amanda! I'm Caylee. I'm 24 years old and I'm getting sleeved with Doctor Almanza @ Grand View Hospital in Tijuana Mexico on April 4th! Looks like we have the same doctor! I'm flying into San Diego where they will drive me over the boarder into Mexico on April 3rd and I depart back home (one night early for family reasons) on a redeye April 6th. Unfortunately I'll be traveling alone ... I'm not scared of Mexico, by any means, I'm just a tad nervous to not have a familiar face nearby during such a vulnerable time. This website we are on right now has helped me prepare for what's in store, which rests my nerves a bit. I think there is still space on my date! But whenever you decide to go, best of luck to you! I'm so excited for us!

Hi Caylee, if my passport comes quickly fooled around an let mine expire. I'd be willing to me you in San Diego! I'm not scared of Mexico by any mean. I've actually been many times(I love Mexico). More my family's issue really but company never hurt anyone! I too am so excited an nervous! Maybe I'll get lucky an get this passport back in time! Good luck to you as well!

Do you have a copy of your Birth Certificate and a valid license or picture ID? I do not have a passport either. They said the documentation I have is good enough

Wow, I've never tried it that way! I think I'll call the state department an see but if so absolutely!!! That would be great!

From what I'm seeing many people are on both sides of the whole passport thing. I guess if we get stuck for a little we won't be alone!

I asked the company I went through, Weight Loss Agents, tons of questions! They told me that this method of identification can "potentially cause delays at the border but none of our patients have ever been turned away while in possession of a Birth Certificate & valid picture ID."

You may not have a problem getting into Mexico but you could have a problem returning to the US without a passport, passport card or Global Entry Card: https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/det...2For-to-travel

Oh my goodness Amanda that's great! I'm so excited for us ! My flight gets into San Diego @ 2:45 April 3rd!
