I wanted to say all went really well.

Just getting over the acid and fatigue and Turkey is fabulous.

I am well and now the acid is better I feel so different.
Just got to work out "what knowing you are full feels like".

I don't know as I have been so cautious and the acid has covered up everything - I was so uncomfortable that I just stayed with liquids and very soft herbal tea.

MY TIP to anyone is to find fennel tea and Calendula.
