Smart Scale - It helps me stay on track - Tip

I purchased a smart scale last week and what a difference it has made. My husband and i both use it and it links to our smart phones. I like the amount of additional information it provides and especially like the time line graph of my daily weight. It has really helped us say on track. Yes, I have have just bought one too. I love the way that it measures so many different metrics such as body water, skeletal muscle, body protein etc. It helps so much when you don't lose any weight, even though you are sticking to the regime, to find out that your body water is up and your body fat is actually down.

I love the scales that do that but I keep reading reviews that they are not that accurate. So I am up in the air about buying one. Just by doing a google search of overall reviews of different ones with the same functionality. Although I like the app aspect of it.
