Husband is almost two weeks out and still extremely nauseated

Sometimes husbands have magical thinking! I have struggled with nausea and "toad froth" and its normally for me from eating too fast. That said, I've found ginger tea to be soothing. I do add some fat-free half & half and stevia. But it settles things pretty quickly. Perhaps it would help?

Omg thanks so much for the ginger tea suggestion! Today he’s battling nausea again and he’s saying he regrets getting sleeved because he thinks he’ll feel like this forever. I told him he’s only two weeks out and he’s still healing. He switches to puréed food tomorrow and I’ve gotta stop by the store anyway and I’ll pick up some ginger tea. Thanks so much for the suggestion!

Thanks so much Annie and you’re looking great! Wonderful progress! Unfortunately we had. Set back today. I got an emergency note at work in the middle of a procedure saying Adam was going to the hospital. He cant keep anything down and was getting so dehydrated he was shaking. Got IV fluids and some meds to stop him from vomiting. Called our surgeon and he’s gotta go and see him tomorrow to see what’s going on. I’m hoping he doesn’t have a structure.

Sorry you’ve been fighting the flu! It seems like everyone has been fighting it. Oh well congrats on loosing more weight! You’ll be in your summer bikini before long! Lol!
