Yep I'm trying to change eating habits, got a slow cooker today and it's already prepped with loads of chicken and fresh veg to cook while we're at work tomorrow !
I've got my last piece of lemon drizzle cake to eat tonight, then that's it. Seems weird to think that in 6 weeks time, I'm restarting my life aged 54 !
So looking forward to not have my belly sitting on my thighs .

You are amazing Cody!! Way to go. I hear you about the butt and thigh skin...I can tell you that the strength training has done wonders for my butt and thigh skin. While they are still not perfect, they have come a long way. I know you will benefit from strength training too. Keep rocking it!
