Sooo happy - moving again after that 2 week stall! I increased my protein again from about 65 to 80+ a day, and my calories intake to about 1000, and 3 lbs down in less than a week! This is all about discovery and trust - figuring out what your body needs, and then knowing that may change and you just gotta figure it out again and TRUST that you will find your way...
