Is that skin surgery? if so, no. I go May 15th, for my one year check in. The Surgeon said she would assis me then, see if i've lost enough for skin surgery. I'm hoping to be down 200+ by then, tho. I have so much energy these days, able to just get up and go more. I can multitask. other than some pain i'm dealing with, with being out of alignment in my left hip, i'm feeling very thankful for the ppl who pushed me, been supportive the last year.

Hey Kristy! Very well done!! Phenomenal!! NSV is non scale victories. Stuff like being able to cross your legs, able to go up stairs without getting winded, dropping X amount of pants sizes, etc. My favorite NSV was being able to wear skirts without leggings underneath. I used to not be able to because my thighs would get irritated from rubbing together.
