    Default Two months post op

Tomorrow will be two months post op for me.

It’s be a really weird second month. First was the fact I have not lost 😞 nor have I gained 😀 a pound. This still has me a little upset but I am sticking with the plan and my dr’s and dietician all think it’s cause my body is thinking I am starving it. I am up to 1200 calories as they want and I am 80g protein now.

There has definitely been positive, first I am feeling good and I am loving the 26 pounds lost from my first month. My stomach is handling most foods well which I worry I might have stretched it. I have only tossed my cookies a couple of times lol. I have started to strength train which might be the reason for no weight loss but I am enjoying it which is great.

My clothing is feeling bigger on me and I have stopped wearing a few things which is a big yay.

overall feeling good and looking forward to a month of scale and nsv.

Congratulations! It sounds like you really are doing well. Coming off of diabetic medications is fantastic. It is frustrating when the scale stops moving but it does start up again. I am just over five months out myself and I hit a stall around the infamous three week mark. That stall lasted for a few weeks, but I finally started losing again. Your body is readjusting. Just hang in there and keep doing what you're doing.

Keep hanging on. You will lose weight. And obviously your body is changing as your clothes are getting bigger! Be sure to track your measurements.
