    Default I finally did it

I scheduled my boobies today :-) I actually only have the consult scheduled so far (March 7), but I've done this before right after I hit about 120 pounds two years ago. I needed to make sure the weight was going to stay off before I fully committed to plopping down another big wad of cash. They told me that I should be ready for surgery the first of April. I have to have a lift with a small implant to make them look "normal." I cannot believe that my former H size breasts now require implants, especially since I still require a DDD bra to fit these damn things and all their sagginess in as it is. It makes no sense to me, but I'm no doctor. All I know is if I come out with stripper tatas, I better make some money off of them I just want some nice, firm breasts that sit where they should, and to be able to wear pajamas and cute backless tops without a bra if I so choose. I'm super excited. I've been wanting these terrible things taken care of (reduction) since I was 16 years old.

*I just realized I am not in the plastics forum. Sorry!

Yay katrina how exciting! I understand about wanting a reduction since 16... me too! I am delighted because mine are getting smaller Hurrah! I used to be a F or G cup and now a D. Its costing me a fortune in bras but I am sooooo happy they are getting smaller! I don't know where i will end up but for now I'm not bothered and enjoying this bit. Hope your consult goes well :-)

Congratulations! I always wanted a reduction as well but now can see how if I got them done they would need a small implant. Ugh. Boob problems. Maybe one day....

You totally want the little implant- trust me. Otherwise your breasts will be the shape of Snoopy’s head- rounded on top and then sloping out like his nose does, lol. Also: get yourself some Mederma scar cream and vitamin E gel tablets. I punctured themgels with a pin and applied the goo straight to my scar. It’s sticky, but works wonders. The Mederma is great for when you go out and prefer not to feel all gooey, lol.
