I have used a lot of this stuff in the past Farmer and can't say it's done anything except empty my wallet! The workout itself does the trick. But in saying that a crossfitter mate i know swears by her pre-workout pills and potions and BCAA's. I think it's just an individual thing but I'd rather spend my money on scallops!!! LOL.
    How are you going? :-)

I love preworkouts now... I haven't had my surgery yet but I agree its a person to person basis. Try a little and see how you like them, see if they make a difference in your workouts. If not- then don't waste the money!! Also, you may be able to get some samples sent to you. Go into like a GNC or some type of supplement place and they may give you some samples to try before you buy!

Pre work out is supposed to help with energy before you work out

My pre-workout is to stretch a little and then jump right into the workout. But, whatever floats your boat and gets you out there is a good thing!

I don't do anything special pre workout but do try to eat some protein within 30 minutes of finishing a workout.

OK, I get it. I ALWAYS have a protein/carb snack before working out. About a year after surgery I started having strange "spells" where on hikes I would start feeling cold sweats, like I was trying to walk through water. I wanted to just lie down. It happened maybe once a month. By this time I was used to long hikes, so I wasn't out of shape or anything. I finally called my nutritionist who recommended the protein/carb snack. Works!

I'm not diabetic, but she said it had something to do with my blood sugars.

My pre-workout is running! Yes, I love running, only when I run I feel strong and young myself. I also do not forget to take vitamins and only natural preparations for my health and body

my pre-workout is an air bike, love it, when I`m getting started to cycle it feels like energy slowly starts to fulfill the body and then I am ready to train, I had my surgery this summer and my doctor said that I can use some supplements for muscles growing, so firstly I chose SARMs supplement, I was taking capsules on days I work out, but that seller, where I was buying it, recommended me also peptides for sale kind of peptide powder which you have to inject, basically it is protein items, I learned about it more info, that it may be useful for all the body&health and especially if you`re working out regularly, so now I included it to my recovering and workout plan

Pre workouts arent what they used to be when they contained DMAA which really gave a energy boost, now they are little more than Caffeine and you can get caffeine in cheaper ways. I tend to have a few coffees and go for it
