One advantage us men have is that most of us don't wear makeup. So when we have surgery not putting on makeup is no big deal. Your first picture looks like no make up, didn't sleep well, probably hungry and maybe just a bit nervous. second pic is proof of what this surgery can do, more happy, more healthy more self confidence although that was never your problem. You look great! Keep up the good work.
