Hello ,
My name is Pam I am new to this forum but not to the sleeve.
I got my sleeve two years ago. Felt great until recently. I have stretched it out again and
regained weight and ashamed.

Pam, No shame needed. You are in exactly the right place then to get support and start again. From what I have read you've got to go back to basics but people here will have heaps more info on this and support and help. Welcome, it's lovely to have you :-)
