So inspiring! A coworker has a friend who was sleeved about 2 years ago. She is very disappointed saying she had only lost 50 pounds and then gained 30 back. I have to admit, that is a fear I have. But seeing posts like yours reaffirms my decision. I'm still nervous about it, but have to move forward with a positive attitude and the commitment to do what needs to be done. Thank you for sharing
Hi juanita, you don't have to be that person. It is all about your diet and exercise. But even if people can't exercise it is about diet. I'm still not done and in terms of the sleeve I am a beginner as I only had that recently. What I do know is that what you eat and regular exercise is a good first step. The sleeve (for me) has made it so much easier because I had all the other ducks in place. Very very best wishes for your surgery :-)
You are beautiful!
Oh Stacey you look amazing! You truly are an inspiration!

I agree with the other posts! You are a beautiful, totally new person! Very motivating for everyone to see. I'm only a few weeks out and can see that THIS TAKES WORK. My body knows it cannot eat/fit any more food....but my mind and eyes need to catch up. I am looking forward to adding fitness back into my life. I believe what you said...."what you eat and regular exercise is a good first step!" thanks for sharing!
