Congrats on your new sleeve Scorpio! It is just going to keep getting better. Glad to hear that things went so well. You will eventually have to make good choices as cravings will return. It is up to us how well we will lose on our journey based on our decisions.

Thank you Christie.. yup !! you are right.. i have to keep a tab on these cravings.. i dont have any hunger pangs at all now.. but that after the recovery period am gonna be extremely serious about my lifestyle changes i have made (workout) and the food habits.. i really do not want to go back to the size i was..

Thank you Cody.. !! All those amazing encouraging mails from friends on this group made me stronger and stick to my decision to have the surgery.. my brother suggested the same and am so glad I joined here and done with my procedure !!
I too am looking forward to the weight drop by.. i sooo badly want to get back to my earlier pre-pregnancy size clothes !! waiting !!

Folks on here rock! They are the best group. Ya know I didn't even put it together until you said "pre-pregnancy clothes". I am now smaller than when I was prego with my oldest who is 24! I can't believe I was obese for so many years. I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to go back there! It is so much more fun being normal size. You will get there my friend!!!!

I’m got mine done on 2/5 so we are pretty close! I love your positive attitude. I’ve had little moments were I’ve thought , what have I done?! I’m sure that will pass when I start getting back to life and adding my new life to it. I may not post much but I’m reading a lot and want to day thank you to all that post!

Awww am glad that I’ve been of help. Trust me the most difficult period is the first two weeks after which you will love the new you and your new appearance. I have blamed myself for doing this surgery too when I see my fav food but now it doesn’t bother me cos I prefer my new look and seeing myself getting slimmer ..
look at this way .. we are all gonna make heads turn with our new look ❤️..
As of today I have lost 10 kgs (22 pounds) so far and loving it ..
I shall keep updating my experiences here and look forward to hear from you when u feel like writing down your thoughts ..
