Only if you mean early morning exercise is getting out of bed and getting ready for work??!!
Oh I can now add breakfast protein smoothie preparation to my daily exercise routine now haha.....
Guess I'll have to wait and bit longer to see the positive effects of weight loss on the poor joints (still recovering from hip surgery last Oct).
Good news is I seem to have more energy since surgery and I am doing more around the house, little steps, I may never run marathons but would love to see what can do with my smaller body
....
