    Default One month after surgery

    Hi all,

Went for my four week check up today and all is great! So happy with this, I can't believe it. I have lost 33 lbs since December 15 (21 pre op and 12 post op), and 66lbs since I started with my dr about 2.5 years ago. Looking forward to this ongoing journey!

Oh, and btw - this group is an AMAZING source of info and inspiration! Thanks all!

Honestly? Not being able to walk my 155lb Newfoundland dog until now because of the fear that he might pull me and pull out sutures! But other than that, I think the drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, because without this I have been really constipated. And not being able to eat salads yet - but I have had a few cherry tomatoes!

I would like a pic of the doggie. I'm crazy about doggies!!! Is your one the type that is water life saver ones. I met a woman down at Bondi with one and it kept going into the surf to pull all the kids out! They loved it so much and the dog was so happy. I think it was my favourite dog EVER!!!!!!
