Cody is running :-)

Cody just said that she ran on a treadmill for 10 mins. I actually 'clapped" and 'whooped in real life. This has made my day because:
1. Cody has done so amazingly well on her weight loss journey.
2. Cody has had some back problems and shiz but is still getting on with it and doing some exercise.
3. Have you actually seen how much Cody has changed over the months?!!!!
4. Cody totes might become a runner.
5. Cody is the nicest and always gives lovely encouragement and advice.
6. Cody actually wins the internet for me today :-)
7. Be like Cody :-)
