I am wondering if there is something i can learn from you here or try to avoid.....
Regret going from an obese to a regular sized, healthy person in just 10 months? No way!! The results of my sleeve are beyond my wildest dreams.
I wish I'd tried to lose more pre-op. My practice didn't really care and my insurance guideline was only that I not gain. Even with the pre-op liquid diet, I only lost 10lbs total before surgery. It's so much easier to lose after surgery, but I feel like people who did lose before have a bit of a tail wind going into it.
Also, I didn't tell many people but in some ways I regret telling anyone but immediate family and 2 of my closest (don't keep secrets) friends.
Not a thing.

Best wishes to you.

No regrets! This surgery really saved my life. I can't even describe how much better my life is now compared to when I was so heavy. I say it all the time, but I LOVE MY NEW LIFE!
Doing things I couldn't even image doing a year ago!
Yep not doing it sooner is my only regret.

My regret as well is not doing it sooner; my health is 180 degree turn around in the 4 months since the sleeve. I have energy, incredibly better health, and have a ways to go, but am looking forward to it.
It was not and EASY eay to weight loss. It is (and will remain) a tool to a full, healthy life with my cooperation and consisent application. I assume at some point I will try a bite of something I've not yet attempted, but not quite ready for that yet.
Some of the folks who posted here for you are really successful with their commitment to life! It's wonderful to have the group behind you.
Best to you!
