Default I really don’t think I am going to loss

I posted back on Jan 19 I thought I was stalled. It had been three Day now it’s been 2 weeks I have seen the scale go back and forth 2 pounds since then. I starting to believe this is all I am going to loss. It’s so depressing.

I am getting 65-70g of protein
    2 litres of water
    Around 800-1000 calories

I am doing about 2-3 oz of protein a meal, vegtables, fruit if I have room.
    I am walking

I am 7 weeks post op.

Keep your head up. I know it is frustrating you just want to scream. Give your body a chance to adjust again. Some people stall for a month or more. Right now I'm 1 month with the scale going up 2 pounds then dropping to where I stalled. Just keep up the protien and fluids. If you can eat more protien and no fruit. That maybe all you need to shake it up. Good luck!

It works, sounds like you are doing everything right. Hide your scale for about a month. Try a positive attitude, it will take you far!

Are you noticing any non scale victories?
The scale is a funny thing.
    Are you snacking between meals?

I am not losing the way others do. I go for 2 or more weeks with no loss at all, then drop a few pounds and repeat. It's as if my body is resisting this new situation, then gives up and releases the weight. I weigh weekly and no more because I know I do go up if I'm retaining water, etc. and I don't need that to make me crazy.

I do track everything on MFP and make sure my sugars, carbs and sodium are low in addition to getting in my protein and water. If I don't track daily I can fool myself into thinking I'm doing fine when I'm not. I also must get in a certain level of cardio I've found. Not just a nice walk or weight training. I need to really get my body into a calorie burning mode. I'm still figuring out the right combination for me.

Also, you've just started on "real" food which causes a stall for many people. You might ask your nutritionist. I was told to stay under 650 calories for the first 2 months. Different opinions on this but you are able to eat a higher calorie amount than most of us at such an early stage so just be sure it's almost all protein.

Trust the Process!! I am currently 11 weeks out and went through a stall about where you are at or a little later. Sounds to me, from all the posts I have read, this is completely normal. Listen to your Doctor/Dietitian's plan and don't deviate. They have come up with this plan from many patients of experience. Learn from those that have gone before you and follow it to a "T". I agree with others, when stalling, put away the scale. Weigh monthly or every two weeks rather than daily. Daily will drive you nuts as far as I am concerned. I approach every day with a "football" type game plan. I have an agenda for the day, when it comes to food and I stick to it. Even though you are stalling, I would bet, if you have a picture of yourself before the stall and a picture now, you would see differences. Unlock the chain to the scale and go out and concur life!!! Your body is your best resource. Listen to it. If you are getting enough, you will know, if you're not, you will know. Protein and Water are your friends!

You will lose Jen. You have to think positive and get off that scale!! Stress is not good for al this shamoz. Why don't you try putting away your scale for a couple of weeks and telling yourself how fabulous you are for a while and then weigh again. Of course you will lose :-)

You will lose. This is totally normal. Just stop stressing, follow the rules, and enjoy the ride. Stress can do really nasty things to your body. Have you been taking measurements and pictures? Those help to realize you are still slimming down when the scale is stuck. Also, for me, when I stalled I needed to get more food/protein in. When I did this, the scale would start moving again.
