Pre op diet

Just wondering what your daily menu consist of while doing the pre op diet. How soon did you start ?

Every surgeon is different and so are their pre op requirements. I only did 9 days of pre op. I had 6 days of 2 shakes and a meal of lean meat and veggies. Then I could have sugar free popsicles, sugar free jello, and broth. Then I had 3 days of full liquids.
