So, the last couple of days I have noticed I want to eat more than I have. I am 5 months post op and I have my period this week. What snacks can I have so I dont eat things I should not. Can I do an apple with peanut butter?

Protein is always a good choice. Just don't overdo the peanut butter since it is high calorie/fat.
