    Default Broke my stall!

On Jan 9th I posted that I had stalled for two weeks, and was concerned I wouldn't lose any more weight! Well it would seem my stall broke soon after that, and since then....so in 19 days I've lost an additional 7 lbs! So stalls do happen, and I guess you really do just have to wait it out. I am just 6 lbs away from wonderland. I can't wait for that to happen! Keep up the great work everyone and yes, stalls break!

    Have a great day!

Thanks Alynn! Your starting weight and goal weight are very similar to mine! How tall are you? I'm just asking since our goal weights are the same. I'm 6 feet :-)

Yup. They happen and they eventually break. But I am willing to bet that during that stall your body was still undergoing some amazing changes even if you were not aware of it! Way to go for staying the course and busting through that stall!

They happen. Just keep doing what you're doing. I seem to have things happen during stalls that are non-scale victories/changes. Like my pants will start falling off, or my back/hips felt smaller, etc

Hello, I am 25 days postoperative and feel great. I, too have stalled or slowed way down on my weightloss. I added pureed foods on day 15 postop, and my loss has been minimal. My body is having issues with BM'S so I started Miralax. I hope this helps get me back on track. Does anyone have suggestions? I am getting 7500 to 10000 steps daily, ncluding cardio walks.

Thanks for all the positive responses welcoming me to this site. Have a blessed week.

Congrats on waiting out your stall. However, in my opinion, you didn’t break it. Breaking it means you made it stop. Believe it or not, there is a way to bust a stall after it starts, and if you keep eating properly, you will never get another one. Once I figured out how to do it for myself, I never stalled again in the last six months of my losing phase and lost 140 lbs in that six months. I passed this info onto another rock star loser, dawnrogers7, at the beginning of her trip, and she followed my plan religiously and never stalled once she waited out the dreaded three week stall. I’m afraid there’s no busting that one.

I’ve been seeing a lot of posts on here by folks crowing about breaking stalls and others on here congratulating them. Nothin at all wrong with the support, but, there is an easier way to get rid of a stall than good old patience. Go to my profile page and look up my old posts. There’s about 45 or 50 pages dedicated to busting stalls and losing weight the tinman way

Now...as always, I need to say that my way is just that....my way. Do I make any guarantees that it’ll work for any of you? No. However, it has helped hundreds and hundreds of folks lose weight quickly with the sleeve and never stall. There’s a chance my method won’t work for you. There’s only one way to find out.

Go take a look and if you want to learn more, or just need a little help, then pm me. I’m always glad to help.
