Its been a couple months since I last logged on and thought I'd check in.
Well its been 9 months since my surgery and I made it though the holidays. I did indulge in the holiday fare but since I can't eat all that much it didn't have an awful effect. I am still hovering around 95 lbs lost and I feel so much better. I went on a cruise in October and enjoyed that and was able to do much more walking and physical activities than I have ever done before.
I finished my exercise room in my basement last week. I am currently equipping it with needed materials. Since I live in Upstate NY having indoor exercise area in winter is necessity and I hate the public gyms and so wont go there. I hope to focus on a 4-5 times a week exercise routine for the next 3 months with the ultimate goal of losing the last 35 pounds and go into the spring and summer with better fitness and outlook.
