Hello Sleevers

I am new to this forum. I am 2.5 weeks post-op and am feeling great. I started pureed foods 4 days ago. Learning how to know when I am full. Working hard on getting enough fluids, too. I have found setting a timer every 15 minutes reminds me to take several sips. I am down 40 lbs since my pre-op journey began. This is the best decision I have made for my health.

Welcome Healthyangle, love your avatar!! I also forget to sip my water and worry it may get worse when I go back to work in an other week. Not sure timers will work, maybe small alarm on my phone...?

They made an app for that on your phone called water reminder. I'm sure there are others as well. Good luck and keep sipping!
