Hi Robin!

Be ready for big changes! The first week is the hardest. After that is gets so much better. Walk as much as you can right after surgery to help relieve gas. Sip sip sip those fluids!

If you haven't already start changing the way you think about food. It will help with the success of your surgery in the long run.

Keep us posted on your progress! Don't be afraid to ask anything here. It is a safe zone and everyone is super helpful! Good luck!

Mine in 3 days and I feel exactly the same - I have never felt so excited and terrified at the same time, oh and very emotional!
