One month

Tomorrow will be one month since my surgery. It’s hard to believe it’s gone by this quick. I had my appointment with the Bariatric team and I am down 26 pounds. It’s a little scary I have lost so much in a month though I am definally happy about it.

I been lucky so far that I havnt had any major complications and I was able to get 6 weeks off work, I go back in a week and half but it has let me get use to soft foods and getting in healthy foods.

Currently I am getting 2 litres of fluid, 60-65 protein and around 700 calories. My dietician wants me to work on my calories to be around 1200 by the time of my 3 month appointment. Seems like a lot but so far they been right lol.

Wonderful progress! How great to have a good solid relationship with the nutrionist you can trust. And of course, all the wonderful support here. I'm 3 months out.
