hmr shakes

has anyone gone back to using shakes. if so what hmr shake would you recommend. I need to get back on track and thought I would go this route.

I love the premiere protein shakes in choc, I hated the shakes but when I tried them so good.

I like Inspire shakes. They are bariatric approved, and they have like, 15 flavors. My favorite is Mexican chocolate, strawberry white chocolate, and orange creamsicle!

I'm a huge fan of GNC Lean Shakes. I still drink the Swiss Chocolate Lean 25 (25 grams of protein; 170 calories) for breakfast every day.

I use the Premier Protein shakes as my coffee creamer every morning, and then just drink the rest for a snack during the day.

I love the EAS Advant Edge shakes. Especially the coffee flavored one! YUM!
