This journey definally makes us learn each day

Last night I ate to much fish I feel like it was half a cup, I am not even sure if that is possible.

When I got up this morning when I move or stretch I feel like I pulled a muscle in my abdomen. It’s tender but isn’t causing horrible pain.

Anyone else had this?

Yes. But I usually get "toad Froth" as well. Not fish so much, but when I eat too quickly.

Unless that pain is persistent, gets worse, or has fever then you are fine. I remember very well the discomfort of overeating or eating too quickly. Not a pleasant feeling. After a while, you get the hang of your new tummy.

The pain hasn’t changed good or bad it’s the same. When I stretch or move to one side it a pulling sensation like a pulled muscl. Tender

I haven't had any tummy pain but I've just finished fish for tea. Less than half a cup and
I have indigestion. So painful. I must have eaten too quickly.
Learning all the time.

Might want to check with your doctor to make sure it's not a hernia. I have 2 small hernias and that exactly what mine feel like when I move wrong.

When I woke up this morning it was still bothering me and I was going to get my husband to take me to the hospital today, but I had a nap and the pulling was gone. I don’t know if that is good or bad lol
