What do you mean you can't eat? If you literally can't eat how could you be alive after 5 years? More explanation please.

I have the same question as sraebaer: what do you mean, you can't eat?
English is not my first language anymore, so I may and do make mistakes in my spelling, or say things oddly. Please ask me, if you want any clarifications.

If you are addicted to sugar and not eating properly you are not feeding your body what it needs. And if you are eating all sugary foods, it is just a matter of time before it catches up to you and you start putting the weight back on.

    Debbie,

I am not sure if I understand, but my experience has been not having a desire to eat. I try to meal prep and then when I go to eat, a few bites and done. I know I am not getting in the amount of protein and healthy foods that I should and am back on the site to rectify this. (This site and the people on it have been my inspiration since the start). It is "easier" to eat something sweet or a carb. It is healthier and helps us reach our goals if we do not and learn to eat/drink the way that is best for our bodies and our new sleeves.....

    (Hugs)
