Complilcations after surgery

Hi, I had gastric sleeve surgery in January 2017. In December of 2017 I started to get a little pain with eating and drinking. I get gas bubbles that build up in my stomach and then release through burping or passing gas. It feels like the gas builds up over the course of the day and then by evening time I feel all this gas build up in my stomach and my stomach makes all these weird gurgling sounds all the time. I have lost 15 pounds since January 5, 2018, which really worries me. Before this stuff started happening I was eating around 1100 calories a day, now I am down to eating around 600 to 800 calories a day because I feel yucky all the time. I had some testing done and it ruled out ovarian cancer and I had an abdominal cavity ultrasound done and that came back all fine, so now I am going to see a GI doctor and I will probably get a upper endoscopy done to look at my stomach and intestines. I fear this might be stomach cancer due to my unexplained weight loss and abdominal discomfort. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this kind of abdominal issues this far out from surgery. Thanks so much!
