Great Footbal Playoffs recipe

Hey all!

Football season is a tough time for me, I love appetizer type foods and we all know that they are just generally a bad idea.

I found this recipe through my MapMyRun app and tried it for football this past weekend. My team (Buffalo Bills) lost, but this recipe is a definite win!

Skinny Taste Buffalo Chicken Lettuce wraps! Super easy to make! I'm going to make it again but instead of Buffalo flavor I'm going to do it with teriyaki and maybe with plain barbecue! Never thought I could eat lettuce like this, but it is good, good, good!

Thanks Glynn, I love lettuce wraps. I eat a cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms,onions and peppers this way. Thanks for the recipe. So glad holidays are over and football season for me is done. It’s hard having so many bad foods around.

Thanks for the heads up on the recipe. I tried the buffalo chicken crock pot recipe and it was great. I used the lettuce as a wrap and had shaved carrots, tomatoes and red peppers to add to the wrap. A little lite blue cheese dressing and I was ready to go. Even the wife liked it. Definitely a do over.
