Pre-Op Appointment one year ago

I woke up this morning and had another pound off. 114 in total now. I also realized that one year ago today I went to Dr. Sugg’s office for my preop appointment and also had my labs done at Crestwood. Wow what a journey! A year has gone by so quickly! Wednesday will be my one year mark and I’m so excited! I remember how extremely nervous I was just doing my labs and thinking it’s finalky here, this is it. No turning back now. This was the best choice I’ve made for my health!

Thanks so much! It’s kike I’ve climbed a mountain but I’ve still got a lot to go. I’m not in plus sized clothes anymore and I look like I’m built like an average person now. My weight doesn’t make me stand out in a group photo anymore. Thanks so much for the encouragement!

HEYvyall! Thank you so much for the encouragement! YES OMG YES this NEW life is SO AWESOME! It’s like being let out of a prison I lived and moved around in for years! Y’all are rockin the sleeve life too! I can’t believe it’s been a year! So what was second year out for you like? Did you still continue to loose? I nnownit won’t need be as much of a loss as my first year but I still have about 40 odd more pounds to go.

Hey I see you’re from Australia. I used to live and go to school in Australia and New Zealand in the late 90’s early 2000’s. What area are you from if you don’t mind me asking? Not to sound stereotypical but I actually love vegemite and it helps me get my iron in too. Do you have an adversion to it or are you still able to eat it? The supermarket by my Work actually sells marmite and I’m able to get it rather easily here. So excited to talk to an Aussie!
