1st day of pre surgery diet

My surgery is scheduled for January 11 2018.Today was my first day of the pre-surgery diet. Kind of rough, but looking forward to starting this section of the path to surgery

Thanks! I was surprised that a scrambled egg in the morning was not in the list. But I guess I will be eating enough of those 3 weeks after the surgery

You can do it and you'll feel pretty good in a couple of days on the pre op. As was already mentioned, "Keep your eye on the prize"; picture your life the way you hope it will be and the person you are creating by being brave enough to have the surgery to use a tool!

Hang in there! I've done some liquid and clear diets before and I remember how rough the first couple of days are. Then the hunger hormone turns off at least to a degree and you feel so much better and even a bit euphoric at times.
