Hi everyone i had my sleeve 20 months ago. I have picked up 6kgs and no diet is helping me lose the weight. Please can someome give me a diet plan to help me lose this weight. Thanks

I joined Weight Watchers for the accountability of the weigh-in and to learn how to track. I got back to my goal weight in 2 weeks, so it works for me. It's basically how we should be eating, "free" foods are fish, eggs, beans, chicken, fruits and veggies. I'm 4+ years out. I was a lifetime member years ago, so don't have to pay now that I'm back at goal.

If you had mentioned Weight Watchers a few years ago I would have said you were CRAZY.

Others here use My Fitness Pal which does basically the same thing but for free if you don't care about meetings or weigh-ins.

Focus on lean proteins and veggies. Then healthy carbs. Avoid the unhealthy carbs (breads, chips, sweets, etc). Make your proteins solid (like chicken, beef, fish etc) so they fill you up more. Don't drink soda. Limit alcohol. Don't drink your calories.
