The before pic was on a walk. I had to take a break to catch my breath, even though it was flat ground. I had no idea I looked that bad until I saw the picture. I think I was around 255 there.
The after pic was a two months ago, so I'm around 10lbs lighter now. I'm losing around 5lbs per month. I can't say that it's always easy, because I WANT to snack all day, but it's a lot easier to make smarter choices and filling up on lean protein makes it harder to even want to snack. But at this point, at close to 170lbs, I'm happy with a 5 pound loss per month.
