Eventually, as you build a lifelong maintenance lifestyle to maintain your weight, you'll be able to eat anything -- so as Christie said above any cookbooks that emphasize both animal and plant protein, nutritious vegetables, fruits and whole grains are great. I actually cook a good deal out of a heart-healthy cookbook I've used for years.
