    Default Pre op fu

I have to do a week pre op full liquid diet. I am getting my protein and liquids I need but I feel so sick and nauseous it’s been a real struggle and it’s only day 3. Does this mean I am going to have issues after surgery cause my dr recommens 4 weeks of full liquid after surgery then soft foods.

I was on full liquids for a total of 5 weeks (2 1/2 pre and 2 1/2 post). I was dizzy and nauseous and very cranky and had a headache the entire time pre op. Had no problems postop. Couldn't have consumed anything but liquids at that point anyways, even if I wanted to. Don't worry. Everything you are going through is temporary and very worth it. That first bite of soft food you get 5 weeks from now is going to be the best thing you ever ate!

I had to LOL a little bit at the title! You should be able to hit the button that looks like a pencil and it gives you the option to edit or delete.

    I like "fu"!

As in colloquial western usage, fu = superpower!

And in Chinese "fu" means fortune or good luck.

    Go with it.
