I need to get off another 40+lbs before I subject my knee to a run. Don't want to end up back in the hospital with knee replacement. But I'm glad you were able to get out. It was 20 degrees here this morning (-6 to you). Think I'll wait until spring.

I'd prefer that temp at the moment Dale, i'm going to die over summer here. You'll soon get there and there is a heap of other exercise you can do apart from running eh. But i get you, the running is nice and spring is a lovely time to run x

The beauty of doing an exercise (with the consent of a doctor) following a successful surgery. Keep it up!

Wtg!! You're looking hot in the picture.
Wish I could run but sadly, knee replacement and back fusion and plate, restrict me from doing too much.
( my excuse why I put the weight all back on, after losing a lot a couple of years back.)
Anyway! No one will recognise you soon. Looking so different already.
