14 stone gone now gaining

Lost 14 stone now seem to be hungry a lot and have gained nearly5 kilos why is not just cos of winter or is there another issue

When did you have your surgery? I'm thinking a while ago if you've lost 14 stone. Now you have put nearly a stone back on yes? What do you think it is? Have you changed what you are doing in any way, have you been exercising. More info would be useful so people can give you their advice. Congrats on loosing 14 stone, that is awesome!
