I'm getting used to how this forum works. So far, so good. I hear people say they are not hungry and need to set a timer to remind them to eat. I'm hungry. I want a taco! LOL Of course, I am on liquids and as much as I WANT a taco, I couldn't eat one if my life depended on it. So I'm settling for protein shakes and creamy protein yogurts.

Welcome Steeler Chick! The more you use the forum the easier it becomes. I can tell you that in the beginning it was a pain in the butt. This is a great place for friendship, information, and just to chat. Hope to see you active on here.
