I reached my first goal today! I am now per my BMI considered just overweight now!! No longer obese!! Whoot! Whoot! Haven't been below obese in many of years! Feels great!!

Congrats!! When I became "overweight" I was so happy!! LOL. It is funny the things that excited us on this journey. Just weight until you are "normal". You will be on cloud nine!
