Sleeve scheduled for January 29,2018

Hello, I'm scheduled for my sleeve on 1/29/2018. I'm nervous about work I need to go to work how many days after surgery is ideal to return to work. I sit most of the day my job is not physical any recommendations.

Hi,
This is a hard one because people have such differing views. Some people go back after 3 days, some people a week and some even longer. Tricky to say. In my case I haven't gone back at all yet but fortunatly don't work much as at uni and can pick and choose. Im 4 and a half weeks out and to be honest I have been pleased for the rest an have time to get used to the sleeve. I think it is really individual and as you have a desk job then maybe 2 weeks. Like I said massive differences of opinion on this one!

Energy levels are different for everyone. I can tell you that I also have a desk job and was back at work exactly one week post op with no issues. Some people need a little more time.
