Hi there! I am eating on average 800 calories per day now, and of that 70 grams are protein. Is this averaging a good calorie amount; or on average is this how many calories I should be consuming. I'm at 2 months, and 1 day out today. I'm assuming it will go up eventually, but this is about how many calories (along with water) that I can fit into my belly in a day. Is this on track?
